Applicants has to get the application form and challan form from FPSC website www.fpsc.gov.pk. Applicants are required to deposit Rs.300/- for Bps-16 & BPS-17, Rs.750/- for BPS-18, Rs.1200/- for BPS-19 & Rs.1500 for BPS-20 and BPS-21.
