Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Jobs 2022 Detailed Information:

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is a ministry of the Government of Pakistan, which is tasked to handle the affairs relating to the Parliament of Pakistan, as it works as a link between the 2 chambers, The National Assembly and The Senate. The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Jobs for the year 2022.

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs is inviting tactful candidates from all over Pakistan to apply for the positions.

Available Positions:

The following vacancies are available:

1. 1 Assistant (BPS-15)
2. 4 Stenotypist (BPS-14)
3. 1 Data Entry Operator (BPS-12)
4. 3 U.D.C (BPS-11)
5. 5 L.D.C (BPS-9)

Domicile:

Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply. Apart from that, there are reserved quotas based on domicile for Sindh (Rural), Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (For Women Only), Baluchistan and FATA.

Educational Qualification Required:

The candidates must bear the following minimum education qualifications in order to be termed as eligible for the above-mentioned positions:

1. Assistant: Bachelors with Computer Literacy.
2. Stenotypist: Intermediate with Computer Literacy and a minimum speed of 80/40 W.P.M in shorthand/typing in English.
3. Data Entry Operator: Bachelor’s Degree in Physics / Mathematics / Economics / Statistics with a minimum speed of 10,000 key depression per hour for data entry.
4. D.C: Intermediate with Computer Literacy.
5. D.C: Matriculation with Computer Literacy and minimum typing speed of 30 W.P.M.

Eligibility Age: 18 – 28 years of age.

Application Procedure:

1. The candidates are required to download the application form Candidates Testing Service (CTS) website, i.e. http://www.cts.org.pk/newsadvertisement.html. from below
2. Download Application Form.
3. Test fees of PKR.25/- only must be deposited as application processing fees in any branch of Muslim Commercial Bank Limited (MCB), Account No. 0807641201007160.
4. The candidates are required to send the application form to “Director (Admin and Finance) M/S Candidates Testing Service (CTS) Office No. 4, 2^nd Floor, Panthar Plaza, F-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Phone No. 051-2817158-59.”
5. The copies of academic documents are not required to be attached.
6. The candidates are required to clearly mention the post they are applying for on the right side of the envelope.
7. The eligible candidates will be selected by the Selection Committee of the Ministry, whose decision will be termed as final.
8. The government employees are required to apply via proper channel.
