Eligibility Criteria:

Program Manager: For this post the candidate must have a master’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum experience of 7 years in team leading. He / She must possess exceptional intra personal skills, program design and implementation skills, must have experience in social mobilization, education, livelihood programming and monitoring is required.
Reporting Coordinator: For this post the candidate must have a master’s / bachelor’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum experience of 3 years in development sector. Must possess skills of report writing, data analysis, complexity management and coordination. Must also have relevant skills in statistics, and know how of software’s like SPSS & EMOS
MEAL Officer (Female): For this post the candidate must have a master’s / bachelor’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum experience of 2 years in monitoring, report writing & data analysis. Must also have relevant skills in statistics, and know-how of software’s like SPSS & EMOS along with Community Engagement and Livelihood program.
Gender & Protection Specialist: For this post the candidate must have a master’s / bachelor’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum experience of 3 years in field of Gender and Protection.
Admin Officer: For this post the candidate must have a MBA / BBA / ACCA / CA along with a minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field
Finance Officer: For this post the candidate must have a master’s / bachelor’s / ACCA / CA along with a minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field and must be good in analytical and numerical skills.
District Supervisors: For this post the candidate must have a master’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum experience of 3 years in team leading. He / She must possess program implementation skills, coordination with government officers and communities skills.
Admin & Finance Officer: For this post the candidate must have a MBA / BBA / Masters / Bachelors degree in Finance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Social Organizers: For this post the candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in social sciences subjects along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in development sector. Must be good in conducting field assessments, social mapping, community dialogue and community engagement.
Technical Traitors: For this post the candidate must have a master’s / bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline. Must have at least 2 years of experience in Technical and Vocational education and training. Experience in education / technical training supervisors will be preferred.
Life Skills Facilitators: Must be an Intermediate with experience as Master trainer or teaching / coaching.
Data Entry Operator: Must be at least Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of experience with fast typing skills and good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Security Guards: Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience with ability to read and write.
Cooks / Cleaner: Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience with ability to read and write.
TVET Administrators (Female): Must be an Intermediate with at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
