Title: Branch Manager
Location: Peshawar
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet the Branch Profitability Budget
- Consistently meet the Deposit Mobilization targets by introducing New to Bank customers and deepening from existing client portfolio
- Cross-Sell of Banc assurance & consumer asset products
- Train and coach branch staff
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulations
- Ensure world class service delivery
Minimum Education: Graduation
Minimum Requirement:
- 5 to 6 years of branch banking experience
- Proven track record
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Understanding of Branch Banking Business along with AML/KYC regulations
