Position: Team Lead CEO’s Secretariat Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of official communication & presentations for the CEO
2. Assisting the CEO in meetings
3. Assisting in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings.
Preparation of minutes of meetings and following up on assigned action items
4. Tracking the CEO’s calendar and ensuring that all required documents, presentations etc. are ready on time
5. Reviewing various reports and preparing briefs for the CEO
6. Management of support staff assigned to the CEO’s office for general administrative tasks Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputable institute
2. Fresh or up to 02 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office usage, ability to multitask and work with cross functional teams, should be eager to learn and motivated.
Ability to research independently and make presentations
