Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2018 Phase-1 will be available in the following districts:
- Sukkur: DC Office Military Road, Sukkur
- Quetta: Nadra Registration Centre In-front of Helper Eye Hospital Sariab Road, Quetta
- Gilgit: DC Office Khomer Gilgit
- Muzaffarabad: DC Office Old Secretariat Muzaffarabad
- Swat: DC Office, District Court Gulkada, Syeda Sharif Road, Mingora, Swat
- Islamabad: Nadra Mega Centre Blue Area, Islamabad
- Faisalabad: DC Office Faisalabad
How to Apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme 2018
- The interested applicants who want to register with Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme can download the registration form for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme online from NADRA’s website, i.e. https://www.nadra.gov.pk/nphp.
- In case there is a problem in downloading the online registration form from NADRA’s website then the registration form can be obtained from District Housing Program Office.
- A photocopy of the registration form will also be accepted for the sake of registration.
Submission of the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme Registration Form:
A duly filled in registration form must be submitted along with PKR. 250/- to the relevant district’s Housing Program Officer, i.e. Sukkur, Quetta, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Islamabad and Faisalabad.

The last date to apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme is 21st December 2018, Friday.
