Realizing the importance of education in enhancing technical and professional skills of the citizens, Sindh Government Colleges Education Department with directorates in six regions i.e. Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Larkana, and Shaheed Benazirabad is striving to impart quality education in Sindh.

With a total of 327 colleges and teaching staff numbering 8909, the Directorate of colleges is fulfilling its responsibility of providing top-class education at the college level to the youth of Sindh. It is, indeed, a great initiative of the Sindh Education Department towards fulfilling its promise of providing modern education to the youth of Sindh.
