Qualification

1. Assistant: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with at least 2^nd division from a recognized  university
2. Computer Operator: Bachelors or equivalent degree with at least 2^nd division in Computer Science/ Information Technology from a recognized university or Bachelor’s degree with at least 2^nd division from a recognized university and 01-year diploma in Information Technology
3. Stenographer: Intermediate or equivalent with at least 2^nd division from a recognized board
4. Junior Clerk: Matriculation or equivalent with at least 2^nd division from a recognized board

Skills

1. Stenographer: Shorthand speed of 50 words per minute (English), typing speed of 35 words per minutes and MS Word and Excel
2. Junior Clerk: Typing speed of 30 words per minute

Age Limit

• National Testing Service (NTS) will not dispatch Roll No. slip to applicants called for the screening test. Therefore, the applicants will have to download and get the printout of the Roll No. slip containing a photograph of the applicant from the National Testing Service (NTS) website in order to appear in the screening test.
• National Testing Service (NTS) has been authorized by the Zakat and Ushr Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to conduct only the screening test for the above positions. The rest of the recruitment process will be conducted by the concerned department.
• The Zakat and Ushr Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reserves the exclusive right to change the terms and condition/vary the number of vacant position at any stage of the recruitment process without specifying any reason.
