Position / Title: Manager Financial Closing

Qualification & Experience

  • ACA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance
  • On-hand experience of ERP systems and banking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To execute the Financial Closing function in line with in accordance with Telenor Bank policies and alignment with corporate strategy in coordination with other Finance and business functions.
  • Support Financial Closing Lead for General Ledger function and Financial Closing function.
  • Support in implementation of accounting systems and processes with strong internal control application.
  • Ensure regular and timely closing of books of accounts for financial reporting to all stakeholders and management.
  • Preparation of monthly P&L, BS and Cash flows for management.
  • Coordinate with the Reporting team for regular reporting requirements.
  • Ensure integrity of financial numbers generated.
  • Coordination with finance teams for ensuring the accuracy of Financial Closing.
  • Coordinate with business teams for changes/development of business processes.

Qualification & Experience: Minimum BE Engineering/BS (CS) from any reputable institute

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver comprehensive IT operational services, in addition to administration, maintenance and smooth operations of Branch Banking Mobile Financial services. Monitoring and operations of the system and its interfaces to ensure service targets. Focus on minimizing potential problems and incidents, preventing issues from escalating and recurring and driving incidents counts. Compliance with IS and SBP controls.
  • Monitoring Easy paisa Branch Banking Transactions, Core Banking Application, Loan ware, RTGS etc operational and maintenance activities.
  • Manage third-party Application Server, Patch deployment, Creating/operating test instance/environment setup.
  • Investigation of different transactions of Core Banking transactions in case of any malfunction occurs.
  • New queries creation and modification of made queries related To third-party systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues & for the other on-going projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As Assistant Director Retail Payments, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, growth/uptake, and profitability of Easypaisa’s retail payment product suite. Lead cross functional teams to shorten go to market time. Accountable for team performance and P&L
  • Define and implement product strategy and roadmap

  • Close Coordination with Sourcing, Tax, Compliance, Treasury and Legal for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies in the processing of Invoices, Payments and Accruals.
  • Coordinate with business users for timely payment of Invoices and maintenance of accurate Accruals.
  • Coordinate with the Reporting team for regular reporting requirements.
