Highlights of Scholarship Opportunity in Romania for 2019-20:

The scholarship program is being conducted by the Romanian government for the international students only.
The scholarship can be availed in undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs.
There is a total of 85 scholarships available only for all of these 3 programs combined.
This will be a fully funded program by the Romanian government.

Eligibility Criteria:

All international students can apply for this program except the individuals coming from EU states.
The applicants must not be holding Romanian citizenship, nor the applicant must have requested for the form of protection in Romania.
The applicant must have the present study papers from recognized institutions and must have good results in the previous studies. That is approximately for 7 years.
The applicant must not be more than 35 years of age as on 31^st December 2018 for bachelors program and 45 years of age as on 31^st December 2018 for masters, doctoral or post graduate programs.

Scholarship Programs:

The scholarship can be obtained in any of the following 3 programs:

Undergraduate: This program will last for 3-6 years of study and is for the candidates who are graduates of high school.
Masters: This program will last for 1.5-2 years of study and is for the candidates who are undergraduates from any university.
Doctorate: This program will last for 3-4 years of study and is for the candidates who want to continue their studies in PhD courses. This program will end with a doctor’s thesis.
