PSO Management Trainee Program Description:

Pakistan State Oil (PSO) is the largest oil market leader in Pakistan in terms of turnover. Every year PSO announces its Management Trainee Program (MTP) that seeks to hire motivated, intelligent and career oriented individuals that love to take challenges and make a difference.

PSO has announced its PSO Management Trainee Program, which is a 1-year training program that aims to offer amazing business exposure to the candidates that will lead to growing potentials for the candidates. Available Positions:

Training Program Duration: 1 Year

Educational Qualification Required:

Candidates bearing a 16 Years Education with a 4 Years Bachelor’s Degree Programs from HEC recognized institutions in the following fields are eligible to apply for this job:

5. LLM
6. Other equivalent foreign degrees

Eligibility Age: Maximum 26 years of age.

How to Apply For PSO Management Trainee Program

1. The candidates are required to apply online on the Pakistan Testing Services (PTS) website by registering themselves online, i.e. registration.pts.org.pk.
2. The candidates are also required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of PKR.130/- only directly to PTS.
3. The selection process is entirely based on merit.
4. The top scorers of the written test will be called for the panel interview.
5. The final selection is subject to a clearing of the written test, assessment, panel interview, degree verification and medical clearance.
