Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab is a Provincial Program for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD). The P&S Healthcare Punjab Jobs are offering positions for Data Entry Operator & others Management Staff in 88 Tehsil Headquarter Hospitals in Punjab. The job requires qualified and experienced candidates who bear a domicile of Punjab, for working on contractual basis.

B.A

Writing speed of 30 WPM.

Employment Terms and Conditions:

This job is purely on the contract basis of 1 year period as per the Contact Appointment Policy of 2004 of the Government of Punjab.
The job reserves a quota of 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 3% for the disabled persons.
The age relaxation for male candidates is 5 years and for females in 8 years and 10 years for disabled persons.
A tying test would be conducted by NTS.
The candidates would require at least 50% marks to qualify the test.

Application Procedure:

The candidates are supposed to download the application form from the NTS website, i.e. https://www.nts.org.pk along with a challan form of PKR.500/-.
The challan form can be paid at any branch of HBL, ABL, UBL, and NCB.
A properly filled application form along with the deposit slip, copy of CNIC and 2 recent passport size photographs should be sent directly to NTS via courier on the address mentioned on the application form.
The government employees can apply for this job using the proper channel.
In case the candidate wished to apply for more than 1 post then separate application form should be submitted for that.
