PEF Internship 2018 Detailed Information:

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is an autonomous organization established by The Government of Punjab. Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) is committed to the promotion of quality education through Public Private Partnership, free of cost for the underprivileged ones and to those who do not have access to education.

For this purpose, Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has announced Punjab Education Foundation Internship Program, which is a 1 year long paid internship program for the candidates bearing a domicile of Punjab. Preference shall be given to the candidates of Lahore since there are more placements. The internship tenure is extendable up to additional 1 year, purely depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. The candidates are expected to have no issues in traveling for the work purpose assigned by Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) for which they shall be paid a TA/DA of Officer Cadre of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF). The candidates shall also be provided an internship certificate at the end of the internship tenure on the successful completion of the internship program.

Available Positions:

The following vacant positions are available:

1. Interns

Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

Domicile:

The candidates bearing a domicile of any district of Punjab are eligible to apply for the internship program. Preference will be given to the candidates who belong to Lahore since there is the higher number of placements available.

Internship Location:

The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Internship Program offers internship placement is in the following cities of Punjab:

1. Lahore
2. Multan
3. Rawalpindi

Stipend:

The candidates will be provided a stipend amounting PKR.25,000/- per month during the internship tenure.

Other Benefits:

Along with a handsome stipend, the candidates will also be provided the following benefits enlisted below:

1. The candidates applying for Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Internship Program are expected to travel during the internship tenure for work purpose for which they will be granted TA/DA equivalent to that of Officer Cadre of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF).
2. The candidates who perform well during their internship tenure may get a chance of getting their internship period extended for an additional 1 year.
3. The candidates will also be provided an internship certificate on the successful completion of the internship tenure.

Internship Duration:

The internship program duration is 1 year. But, the internship tenure is extendable to 1 year long depending upon the candidate’s performance during the internship tenure. If a candidate performs well enough, his / her internship tenure may be extended a likelihood by the authorities for an additional year.

Educational Qualification Required:

Candidate holding any of the following degrees in any discipline from Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan recognized institutions is eligible to apply for the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Internship Program:

1. Bachelors Degree (4 Years) in any discipline
2. Masters Degree in any discipline

Eligibility Age:

The prospect applying for the internship program should not be more than 30 Years of age in order to be deemed eligible for the internship program. 

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates matching the following criteria are eligible to apply for this job:

1. The candidates must have a domicile of Punjab.
2. The candidates must not be more than 30 years of age.
3. Candidates belonging to Lahore will be preferred.
4. There are fewer seats available for the Regional Offices, therefore, few candidates belonging to Multan and Rawalpindi will be posted in the Regional Offices.
5. The candidates should not have any issues in travelling since they will be expected to travel during the internship tenure for work purpose for which TA/DA equivalent of Officer Cadre of Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) will be provided.

2. Domicile Certificate of Punjab
3. Latest / Final Transcript or Degree
