You must have a look at these criteria which require for each post. for Tech-I (Chemical / Mechanics/Electrical/Instrumentation), 3 years diploma of Associate Engineer from Polytechnic Institute with no experience required.

For Tech-I (Medical), Intermediate (FSc) Pre medical with 1st division is required with 2 years of diploma and 3 year of relevant experience.
For Computer Operator, Bachelors (BSc in Phy/Math/Stat/Economics)/BCS/BIT is required.
For Special Vehicle Operator-III, Matriculation qualification is required with having HTV Civil driving license.
For Junior Assistant-II, FA/F.Sc/I.Com/D.com with 1st division is required with no experience.
For Telecom Operator-II, Intermediate with 1st division is required.
For Fire Leader, Matriculation with science is required.
For Cook, Middle and Matriculation with required along with 5 to 10 years of experience.
For Driver, Matric with having civil driving license and 3 years of experience.
For Tandorchi-II, Middle qualification is required.

Age limit from 18 to 35 is required. There are some posts which don’t require much experience so it’s a great opportunities for fresh candidates to apply for this public sector organization.
