- It is important that the applicant should be the domicile holders of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- They should have attain with at least 3 years of the Diploma of Associate engineers from government and private polytechnic colleges that is to be registered with technical board & TEVTA.
- They should have not applied for any other scholarship or any part of the financial assistance from any government and private institutions.

- Applicant should submit all the copies of their educational certification as well as domicile and also CNIC and admission fee slip too.
- You should also attach with at least 2 passport size photographs.
- Attach the income and also the salary of your father or any of the guardians.
