Detailed About NRSP Microfinance Bank Jobs

The presence of NRSP is in 56 Districts of all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices.

Objectives of NRSP:

The main objective of NRSP is to encourage a countrywide network of new organizations to enable rural communities to plan, implement and manage developmental activities and programmes for the purpose of secure productive employment, peace of poor people and improvement in the quality of life.

NRSP is designed as a support organization, which provides social guidance to the communities.

This leads the communities and other partners to maintain their relationship independent of NRSP.

Area of Operation:

Initially, NRSP commenced its operation in eight districts of Pakistan, which included Attock, Chakwal, Khushab, Rawalpindi, Badin-Mirpurkhas, Rawalakot and Turbat. But Nowadays, NRSP is working in the Islamabad Capital Territory and in 54 districts of all four provinces of Pakistan including Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

Qualification: Bachelor (14 Years)
Experience: At least 05 Years of experience in the relevant field.
Branch ManagersAge Limits: 25 Years to 35 Years
Qualification: Bachelor (14 Years)
Experience: At least 08 Years of experience in the relevant field.
Business Development OfficersAge Limits: 25 Years to 35 Years
Qualification: Bachelor (14 Years)
Experience: At least 03 Years of experience in the relevant field.
Relationship ManagerAge Limits: 20 Years to 30 Years
Qualification: Bachelor (14 Years)
Experience: At least 03 Years of experience in the relevant field.
