Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare Laptop Scheme

If you are a disabled person who fulfills the requirement in order to be eligible for the laptop then keep reading this post until the very end.

Laptop Providing Institution:

Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare.

Gender:

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare Laptop Scheme for Disabled Persons.

Educational Qualification:

The interested applicants are required to have minimum Intermediate (FA / FSc) in order to be eligible for Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare Laptop Scheme.

Eligibility Criteria:

Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare Laptop Scheme is only for Special Persons, i.e. Disabled Persons, therefore, only disabled candidates are eligible for Directorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Social Welfare Laptop Scheme.

The application form is provided below at the end of this post. The applicants are also required to visit the Directorate of Social Welfare, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) website, i.e. http://social_welfare.kp.gov.pk. The interested applicants are required to download the form, print it, fill it, attach the required documents and submit.

Required Documents:

The applicants are required to attach the following documents along with the application form:

1 recent passport size photograph
CNIC of the applicant
CNIC of father/guardian
Copy of Academic Certificates and DMCs
Copy of Experience Certificates
Disability Certificate from the Social Welfare Department
Income Certificate by the required Deputy Commissioner
