CTI Jobs Punjab HED Announced Recruitment of College Teaching Interns 2018-2019

Job Opening: The CTI Jobs will be offering the post of College Teaching Intern (CTI) to the applicants.
Job Type / Term of Contract: The CTI Job as a College Training Intern is a temporary job. Hence, the job can be terminated by the Selection Committee upon the unsatisfactory performance. Therefore, the applicants will not be regularized under any circumstances or by any means.
Offered Salary: CTI Jobs is offering a salary of PKR. 30,000/- per month for College Teaching Interns (CTI), which will be disbursed via a crossed bank cheque by 15th of every month.
Job Location: The job placement for CTI Jobs is subjected to the location of the specific college for which the applicant is being selected for.
Job Joining: The applicants who will be selected as College Teaching Interns will be required to join the duty within 7 days within the issuance of the employment offer. In case the offered candidate fails to join, it will be considered as offer rejected and therefore candidates in the waiting list will be considered.
Leaves: The applicants that will be appointed as a College Teaching Intern (CTI) will be entitled to 2 leaves per month.
TA/DA: The applicants who will be selected as lecturers will be entitled to TA/DA as per the rules in case of being selected as a lecturer under the College Teaching Intern (CTI) Job where the official duty id outside the college premises.
Eligible Age: There is no specific age limit that is required in order to be eligible for CTI Jobs 2018.
Period of Placement: The applicants will be appointed for one academic session upon the arrival of the regular appointment contract. In case an applicant does not join the CTI Jobs, the next candidate in the merit list will be considered for the same post.
Experience Certificate: An experience certificate will be provided to the applicant upon the successful completion of the College Teaching Intern tenure.

The interested applicants are required to visit for a walk in interview along with their original personalities, academic and experience documents for CTI jobs that will be conducted from 5th November 2018, Monday to 7th November 2018, Wednesday. Selection Procedure:
- A need assessment will be done by the Divisional Committees that will be constituted by the people of the department, which will be put together for the sake of need assessment.
- Date of Walk in Interview: The walk-in interview for CTI jobs will be conducted from 5th November 2018, Monday to 7th November 2018, Wednesday.
- The announcement of Interview Results and Display of Merit List: A tentative merit list mentioning the College Training Interns will be displayed on 9th November 2018, Friday that will be presented as per the decision of Selection Committee and final scrutiny by the Director of the concerned Colleges.
- Grievance Addressing Mechanism for the Applicants: The Grievance Addressing Committee will be set up for the grievance readdressing of the candidates that will be comprised of 2 senior faculty member of the division that will be assembling in the office of the director of colleges education on 11th November 2018, Sunday and 12th November 2018, Monday.
- The announcement of Final Results and Display of the Final Merit List along with the Issuance of Placement Orders: The final results and final merit list will be displayed on 13th November 2018, Tuesday.
CTI Job 2018 Contract(s): The contract period for College Teaching Intern (CTI) can be terminated any time during the academic session 2018-19. However, here is the schedule for College Teaching Intern (CTI) Jobs:
- For College General: The period of contact for CTI Jobs is 13th November 2018, Tuesday to 15th May 2019, Wednesday.
- For Colleges with different Academic Sessions: The period of the contract for colleges having different academic sessions such as Government College at Murree, Kotli Sattiyan and Paghwari in district Rawalpindi will be 4th March 2019, Monday to 20th December 2019, Friday.
