How to Join the Pakistan Army after a completion of an Inter, F.A, F.Sc, B.A, B.Sc and B.S (Job Description):

When intermediate students graduate in their respective degrees, the first concern would be that of finding a suitable job opportunity. Being part of the Pakistan Armed force is seen as a suitable job for students. The first step would be to register for Joining Pakistan Army. One may either register online or alternatively, visit Army Selection & Recruitment centres at Rawalpindi, Lahore, Pano Aqil, Quetta, Peshawar, Khuzdat, Karachi, Hyderabad, Gilgit and Multan.

Gender, Nationality and Marital Status:

Strictly male, unmarried Pakistani nationals are allowed to apply. Students who reside abroad have the option of applying. This can be done by visiting the respective embassy for further details concerning this.

Physical appearance:

You are required to have a height of 5.4’’ (five feet and four inches) or 162.5 cm. Anyone that applies and does not have the appropriate height will not be allowed into the Pakistan Army. Your weight is dependent on your body mass index.

Documents required when registering at AS & RC:

The documents required include a matric Detailed Marks Certificate. An intermediate F.A, or F.Sc certificate for inter part 1 and inter part 2 is also required. Additionally, a Computerize Nationality Identity Card for applicants who are 18 years and older should be provided. If the applicant is under the age of 18 years, a FORM-B as well as a father’s or guardian CNIC should be produced. Eight of your most recent photographs that have been duly attested by a class one gazetted officer is required. Lastly, each of the mentioned documents needs to have two sets of photocopies.

Application Procedure:

Once the applicant has registered successfully, they will undergo an Intelligence and General Knowledge rest, physical tests and initial interviews. Those who perform well in the initial tests will be issued ISSB call letters, which will be posted to their home addresses. I final selection process will take place which will be based on the candidates overall performance.
